Ninja Tip: Remember that it’s not just about recruiting. It’s also about duplication. Because what’s the point of recruiting 10-15 people if they don’t do anything? Your goal should be to recruit people and then help them do what you did.

But how do you go about approaching new people and how do you overcome your own stinking thinking? Just follow these 6 easy tips!

Tip #1: It’s a Numbers Game

How many Facebook Friends do you have? And how many of them have you spoken to in the last year? For most people, that number is less than 5%…

Even if you have the maximum number of Friends, which is 5,000, that still rounds up to less than 500 people or about 1 person per day. And how can you create momentum if you’re only reaching out to 1 person per day?

You can have all the scripts you need and all the mentors in the world, but until you go out there and you start working, nothing will ever happen!

Tip #2: Face Your Fears

F.E.A.R. stands for “False Evidence Appearing Real”. That’s right! Most of your fears are actually the incorrect stories you tell yourself.

That’s why when you finally do the thing you’ve been postponing, you usually think to yourself, “Why did it take me this long to do this? It’s so easy!”

So the best thing you can do for yourself, and for your business, is to just pick up the phone, prepare a curiosity post, hit the “Go Live” button and do whatever it is that scares you! Once you face it, everything else will become easier.

Tip #3: Have Belief

Do you believe in the product you’re selling? How about the company you’re in? Then why aren’t you spreading the goodness?

You’ve got a miracle in your mouth, so share it with the world! There are literally thousands of people out there right now, praying for someone to bring them the key that will liberate them from their prisons. And you’ve got that key!

So what are you waiting for? Use it!

Tip #4: Have a Daily Method of Operation (DMO)

How you do anything is how you do everything!

Success is a habit but so is losing. So let’s switch things up! Create a daily routine that will set you up for success. Repeat it day after day until eventually, it becomes a habit!

And here’s the deal: you don’t have to have an impressive story of your own! Become a Story Collector and share other people’s stories. Edify them and say how inspired you are by them. Your excitement will resonate with your prospect!

Tip #6: You’re Ready!

Have you ever avoided calling someone up because you thought you’re “not ready yet”?

Guess what? You’re never going to be ready!

The best way to learn is to pull a Nike and just do it!

And now that we have Social Media in the mix, it’s never been easier! Because all you have to do is ask people if they’re open to seeing your product or opportunity. Then just add them to the appropriate Group, tag them in the post or video you’d like them to watch, and message them the next day to see what they thought of it. It’s. That. Simple!

PRO Tip #1: If others can become recruiting masters, so can you!

PRO Tip #2: Work, even when you don’t feel like it! Because when you feel like you don’t have the energy to do something, working will actually give you the energy you’re looking for!

PRO Tip #3: Work on your personal development, even if you think you know better! Read that book, watch that training, attend that event. Even if you think you already know the answer, hearing it one more time will help you get a new perspective!
